Born on February 26, 2001, in Figueres, Arnau Llorente is a young, dynamic professional with a solid education in two fundamental disciplines for health and well-being: Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFE) and Physiotherapy. He recently graduated in these two areas from the University School of Health and Sport (EUSES) at the University of Girona (UdG) in 2024.
From a young age, Arnau has been deeply involved in the world of sport and health, which has given him an understanding of the importance of keeping the body in optimal condition and preventing potential injuries. His passion is not limited to physical activity alone, but also includes the desire to improve patients’ quality of life, helping them recover from injuries and guiding them toward a healthier lifestyle.
One of his main concerns is injury prevention and improving quality of life through personalized treatments. Arnau firmly believes that every patient is unique, and he therefore dedicates time to conducting thorough assessments in both physiotherapy and sports fields to design an individualized treatment plan that meets each person’s needs and goals. The aim is not only to treat injuries but also to minimize risk factors that could lead to future injuries and to promote optimal recovery.
One of his greatest strengths is his approachable and empathetic manner, creating a trustful bond with each patient to ensure the best results.
