Vacusport (intermittent vacuum therapy)
One of the acquisitions of the Sportcat (Sports Medicine) center that sets us apart from others. It is a device using NASA technology, manufactured in Europe by the German Space Agency.
This technology helps improve microcirculation, oxygenate tissues, remove toxins and waste, enhance the lymphatic system, rapidly reduce edema, stimulate collagen, minimize tissue oxidation… and much more.
One example of its application is Olympic gold medal triathlete Jan Frodeno, who regularly uses it to prepare for competitions and, above all, for post-race recovery. The benefits he experiences with VACUSPORT have reduced his post-Ironman recovery periods from 6-8 weeks to just 3 days. For instance, after recovering from an injury with us, also using VACUSPORT among other treatments, he won the Half Barcelona and, three weeks later, won the Ironman Frankfurt with a world record, becoming the 2015 European Champion.
