Andreu Carbonell i Jordi

I am Andreu, a sports physical educator and rehabilitator, graduated in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia (INEFC) in Barcelona. After completing my degree, I pursued a Master’s in Physical Activity and Health, specializing in rehabilitation and injury prevention also at INEFC Barcelona, and a Master’s in Sports Big Data online at the Sport Data Campus in collaboration with the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM).

I am a very active person with diverse training in competitive sports, and I enjoy pushing my limits, which has instilled discipline and teamwork values in me. I have a solid background in interacting with people and greatly value multidisciplinary work. I take responsibility and strive for excellence at all times, ensuring I give my best effort in everything I do.

I have experience as a fitness trainer in high-performance sports, planning and implementing training schedules in team sports such as football, rowing, or roller hockey, as well as creating personalized training programs for athletes in different disciplines individually, whether for performance or injury recovery. Additionally, for several years I have been developing and implementing individualized and group training programs aimed at weight reduction, overall fitness improvement, and functional enhancement, specializing in strength training techniques to improve general well-being.

I am proactive and eager to learn, always seeking personal and professional growth opportunities, while staying up to date with new techniques and methods. One of my goals is to pursue a PhD in sports research to contribute to advancing the field.
