Graduate in Physiotherapy and Physical Activity and Sports Sciences
In 2019, I completed my degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, and in 2022, my degree in Physiotherapy at the University School of Health and Sport (EUSES). I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Pelvic Floor Re-education at the University of Manresa.
In addition to the experience gained at Sportcat in physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques, I also have professional experience as a figure skating coach and fitness trainer, as well as having been a skater for many years. For this reason, I am aware of the importance of preventive treatments in athletes’ daily routines. This experience has also provided me with knowledge of common injuries in certain sports and their treatment.
I believe that the most important aspect of professional practice at Sportcat is the human factor, as it is a service-oriented job at a time when people may feel physically and emotionally most vulnerable. My experience as an instructor, coach, and physiotherapist helps me provide personalized care to patients, paying special attention to their needs.
